I’ve never heard of Yankee Bundles, can I trust you?

How much is shipping?

Standard Delivery – it’s any address with a UK postcode and it’s FREE. We only charge for Express Delivery if that’s what you need – this is next working day delivery for orders placed before 3pm.

How long do orders take to arrive?

All orders dispatched within 2 working days on a 48 hour tracked service.

Are your products all genuine?

Yes. We only purchase directly from either (a) the manufacturer or (b) authorised distributors.

Are your products all brand new?

Yes. We do not sell refurbished, returned, or seconds. Some of the products we sell are “almost perfect” but this does not mean the are not brand new. They may be slightly cosmetically imperfect (example minor marks on the glass), or may be 1st or last pour candles, but literally nothing is pre-owned or not brand new.

What happens if I’m not happy with my item?

Returns are accepted.

How do I pay for my items?

Payment is by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express – all of which protect you and protect us.
