Delivery is to any address with a UK Postcode.

Shipping Charges

For orders £3 or less: £3

For orders £3.01 to £9.99: £1

For orders £10 or more: Free (economy, up to 7 working days)

3-5 Working Days upgrade: £1

VIP Express Service: £10

We endeavour to ship all orders within 2-3 working days (unless you opt for the Express Option). Very often, depending what time you place your order, it will be sent the same day. We want you to get your delivery as fast as possible as much as you want to receive it as fast as possible.

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service. So if we send it on a Monday, you’ll receive it on the Wednesday. And so on. It’s safe, secure and reliable.

Any shipping times we quote are always estimates – during busy periods we might need a couple of more days to process your order, and Royal Mail may need a couple more to deliver it.

Your Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly. We accept no responsibility for incorrect addresses, and if an order is delivered to an incorrect address we are unable to accept this is a non-delivery claim.

If an order is returned to us by our Courier if the address you entered is undeliverable, we will refund the price you paid for the order minus a £5 charge to cover our costs.


Non-delivery claims for orders you haven’t received must be made within 21 days of you placing your order. Claims made after 21 days will not be accepted.

We accept returns and we’re flexible. If you’ve got any issues whatsoever with your order just contact us within 14 days of delivery (non-food items) or 48 hours (food items) and we’ll sort it. Simply email us … We want your custom for life, not just for one order and we’ll always do everything we can – within reason! –  to keep you happy and coming back for more. We’ll always try to be fair with you, please try to be fair with us! 

Please be aware that we don’t offer free returns.

​Damaged items

In the event that your item arrives damaged then firstly please accept our apologies, and secondly please contact us straight away. We need damages to be reported to us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt.

Please keep all original packaging as in some cases we will require the item to be returned at our expense; in others we will require a picture.

We will not be able to send a replacement or refund you for a broken item where a picture or return isn’t possible.

Incorrect orders / Missing Items

If you receive a different item to the one that you have ordered then please accept our apologies. Please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to resolve our error as quickly as possible, and in the best and most convenient way for you. If your order has any missing items, you must report this to us by emailing us within 24 hours of delivery. Within this email you must also attach a photograph of (a) the external packaging, (b) the Royal Mail postage label and (c) the contents of what you received. Without this information we will not accept any claims for shortages.
